Craig Construction Services Ltd was appointed as principal contractor for the redevelopment of Sussex House, a prominent office building in the centre of Horsham. The project involved the full conversion of the existing structure into 30 luxury residential apartments, alongside the addition of a new rooftop storey and the formation of front-facing terraces.
The scheme delivered a balanced mix of one-bed, two-bed and studio apartments, finished to a high standard. The project’s location, directly adjacent to the Capitol Theatre, presented significant logistical constraints, requiring careful site management and phased delivery.
Craig Construction led all works from strip-out to completion, managing both the design development and delivery on a design and build basis. Our team ensured the successful transformation of this complex town centre site into high-quality homes, delivered on time and within budget.
