Community & Charity Work – 2025 

Taking pride in giving back to the community is a core component of modern Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as it fosters a positive reputation, enhances employee engagement, and builds trust with stakeholders. Actively involving the community is no longer just a “nice-to-have” but a strategic priority that ensures long-term sustainability.  Employees, particularly younger generations, feel a stronger sense of purpose and pride working for companies that positively impact the community and Craig Construction Services is proud to lead the way in this field. We see this as part of our wider responsibility as a contractor, not just delivering building work, but contributing where we can to the communities around us.

Hill Park School, Brighton & Hove

In August 2025, Craig Construction Services committed time and resource to support local community initiatives, with a focus on making a practical, lasting impact.

One of our key contributions was at Hill Park School, where a team of 12 volunteered their time and expertise to improve the school environment.

Over the course of a single, coordinated effort, our team delivered a range of upgrades including:

• Construction of a new external patio area
• Internal and external painting and decorating
• Gutter clearing and maintenance works
• Pressure washing and general site improvements

The aim was straightforward, to enhance the day-to-day environment for both students and staff, creating a cleaner, more functional, and welcoming space.

This was a hands-on exercise, carried out by our own team, applying the same standards we bring to our live projects. The work not only improved the physical setting but supported a school that plays an important role in the local community.
